Two deliberate exceptions: code published from github.com/IndieCoreDev is there to be copied and adapted, under the licence stated with it; and quoting a blog post with a link back is welcome and needs no permission.
Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

06Nothing is sold here
No goods or services are sold through this website. The games are distributed free of charge through Google Play, contain no in-app purchases, and any transaction relating to them is between you and Google under Google's own terms.
There is therefore no online contract to conclude on this site, no right of withdrawal to exercise against it, and no consumer mediation scheme attached to it.

This notice, and use of this website, are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls to the competent French courts.
